Cancelation Policy

At Fuel IV Therapy, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way. We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice allows us to accommodate other customers who may be on a waitlist and seeking our services.

  1. Card on File Requirement:

To secure an appointment, all customers are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. Your card information will be securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy.

  1. Cancellation Fees:
  • If a customer cancels or reschedules their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee will be assessed.
  • If a customer cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file.
  1. No-Show Policy:

A “no-show” is defined as an appointment for which a customer does not arrive and has not provided prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. In the case of a no-show, the customer will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.

  1. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments by using our online scheduling system.


  1. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

  1. Refunds:

Cancellation fees are non-refundable, but we are committed to providing excellent service and will make every effort to accommodate your future appointment requests.
